1. How do I place an order?
You can browse our collections, select your favorite shoes, choose the size, and add them to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at support@softloomtrading.com to initiate a return.
5. Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes! Please return the original pair following our return process, then place a new order for the desired size.
